  • We are legally required to disclose information (e.g., court orders, mandatory reporting)

  • It is necessary to obtain emergency medical care for you

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

2.1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that life is unpredictable. However, to manage our time and client demand, we require:

  • At least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

2.2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
  • We do understand that the unexpected can happen from time to time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee of $50 may apply. But if you fail to attend a session without any prior notice, you may be charge a full session fee.

  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unexpected illness – please notify us as soon as possible.
