2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
2.1. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that life is unpredictable. However, to manage our time and client demand, we require:
At least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
2.2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
We do understand that the unexpected can happen from time to time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee of $50 may apply. But if you fail to attend a session without any prior notice, you may be charge a full session fee.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unexpected illness – please notify us as soon as possible.
